Rebranding Laska Hotel Sukabumi: Preserving Local Wisdom with International Standards.

Laska Hotels & Resorts continues to make strides in the hospitality industry, with their latest initiative being the rebranding of Laska Hotel Sukabumi, formerly managed by Santika.

 

“This hotel is the second property under Sejahtera Group. It officially opened its doors on 14 March 2018, with Santika as the initial operator. Over the past six years, the hotel has achieved numerous accolades,” said Dimas, reflecting on the hotel’s successful history.

 

“As of 1 July 2024, we have rebranded the hotel as Laska Hotel Sukabumi, following a change in management,” Dimas continued.

 

With this change in management, the aim is to introduce a fresh perspective, ambiance, and atmosphere to the hospitality scene in Sukabumi. The hope is that Laska Hotel Sukabumi will stand out with its unique potential and appeal, ensuring it remains a top choice for guests.

 

Guido Andriano, the Managing Director of PT Mitra Digital Sejahtera, highlighted that this hotel is now the third property managed by Laska Hotels & Resorts.

 

“Laska prioritises service excellence, reflecting the warmth of Indonesian hospitality. This is embodied in the core values we uphold: Love, Accountability, Sincerity, Keenness, and Attentiveness,” Guido explained.

 

Laska Hotel Management, under the umbrella of PT Mitra Digital Sejahtera (MDS), also extends its expertise to IT system development through Mitrafin, which has successfully developed a Property Management System (PMS) for hotels. This system is now ready for market launch following its implementation across hotels managed by Laska Hotel Management.

 

Laska Hotel Sukabumi offers 88 rooms, comprising Superior, Deluxe, Junior Suite, and Suite categories. The hotel also features a range of facilities including a swimming pool, kids’ pool, restaurant, meeting rooms, and a gym.

 

In addition to Laska Hotel Sukabumi, Laska Hotels & Resorts currently operates Laska Hotel Subang and Laska Hotel and Resort Ciletuh. Upcoming projects include the Laska Hotel & Resort Ciater, which will feature 94 rooms and two villas, set to open in early 2025, and the four-star Laska Premiera Bogor, with 145 rooms, slated for an early 2026 opening.

 

“There is potential for Laska Hotel Management to manage properties beyond Sejahtera Group, with opportunities for new hotel management contracts or rebranding under our brand,” Guido Andriano concluded.
