The groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Láska Hotel & Resort Ciater was held on Thursday, 26 October 2023. The event was attended by distinguished guests including the Sub-District Head of Ciater, Mr. Imam Supardan S.IP, the Head of Ciater Police Station, Captain Armed Kokom Komara Sanusi, SH, the Village Head of Palasari, Mr. Nana Hidayat, and the Board of Directors of Sejahtera Group Holding Company, represented by Mr. Maulaa Nashiir Besari.

In his remarks, Mr. Didin Nurhadi, Director of PT Mitra Prima Investama, emphasized the motivation behind the project. He stated that the infrastructure development and economic growth initiatives led by the Subang Regency government have encouraged Sejahtera Group to continue investing in the tourism and hospitality sector. The natural beauty and preserved landscapes of Ciater, he added, inspired the group to expand further in Subang’s tourism industry through the development of this new property.

Láska Hotel & Resort Ciater will become the fourth property under the Sejahtera Group portfolio and the latest addition to Láska Hotel Group. The group already operates Láska Hotel Subang, a three-star hotel with 108 rooms; Láska Hotel Sukabumi, a three-star hotel with 88 rooms; and Láska Hotel & Resort Ciletuh, a three-star resort with 60 rooms in the Ciletuh Palabuhanratu Geopark area. The upcoming Láska Hotel & Resort Ciater will raise the bar even higher as a three-star resort featuring 93 rooms, designed to cater to both leisure and business travelers.

The architectural design of Láska Hotel & Resort Ciater is being crafted by Secatha Studio, a trusted and accredited architectural firm. The project has also secured the Building Approval Permit (PBG) from the Investment and Local Government Office of Subang Regency, ensuring a strong foundation for its construction.

Closing his speech, Mr. Didin expressed his hopes for the project’s success. He highlighted that the presence of Láska Hotel & Resort Ciater is expected to strengthen Subang’s tourism industry, support the welfare of local communities, and foster sustainable economic growth. He also extended prayers for the smooth progress of the project from the groundbreaking to its full completion.
