Groundbreaking Ceremony of Laska Hotel & Resort Ciater: A Step Forward in Ciater's Tourism Industry.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Laska Hotel & Resort Ciater took place on Thursday, 26 October 2023, graced by the presence of distinguished guests including the Sub-District Head of Ciater, Mr. Imam Supardan S.IP, the Head of Ciater Police Station, Captain Armed Kokom Komara Sanusi, SH, the Village Head of Palasari, Mr. Nana Hidayat, and the Board of Directors of SEJAHTERA GROUP Holding Company, Mr. Maulaa Nashiir Besari.

 

In his address, Mr. Didin Nurhadi, Director of PT. MITRA PRIMA INVESTAMA, expressed, “The infrastructure development and economic growth initiatives by the Subang Regency government have encouraged us at Sejahtera Group to further invest in the accommodation and tourism sector in Subang Regency. The preservation of nature and the beautiful landscapes in this area inspired us to expand our business, particularly in the hospitality and tourism industry within Subang Regency.”

 

Sejahtera Group currently owns three star-rated hotels:

 

1. Laska Hotel Subang: A 2-star hotel with 108 rooms located in Subang Regency, West Java Province.

 

2. Hotel Santika Sukabumi: Soon to be rebranded as Laska Hotel Sukabumi, a 2-star hotel with 88 rooms located in Sukabumi City, West Java Province.

 

3. Laska Hotel and Resort Ciletuh: A 3-star resort with 60 rooms located in Pelabuhan Ratu, Sukabumi Regency, West Java Province.

 

4. Upcoming Laska Hotel & Resort Ciater: A 4-star resort with 95 rooms located in Ciater, Subang Regency, West Java Province.

 

The architectural design of Laska Hotel and Resort Ciater is crafted by Secatha Studio, an accredited architectural firm. We are also pleased to announce that we have obtained the Building Approval Permit (PBG) issued by the Investment and Local Government Office of Subang Regency.

 

In closing, Mr. Didin conveyed, “The management of PT.
