" This is our first time staying at this hotel, and from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, Ms. Devi, who was very friendly. She assigned us a room with a view to swimming pool. During our stay, we had the chance to try the swimming pool and enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Ms. Nazwa assisted us with the menu and her excellent service. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The staff were all incredibly friendly, always smiling, and very helpful. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future! Next time we probably would ask a room with the mountain view. "

" This was my first time staying at this hotel, and the service was exceptionally delightful. From the smooth check-in process to the spacious, clean room with a comfy bed that ensured a good nights sleep, everything was impressive. They even added a special touch to make my stay memorable. You absolutely have to try the breakfast here—the variety is incredible, ranging from local specialties to national and international dishes, and yes, they even serve sushi! Surprisingly, this is only a 3-star hotel, but the staffs service truly matches that of a 5-star hotel. They are full of smiles, responsive, enthusiastic, and incredibly helpful. If youre planning to visit Sukabumi, this hotel is a must-stay. Absolutely love it! "
